Seawright seventh with Spring Nationals at Swainsboro Raceway
With a two-step in Georgia on the docket, Sam Seawright was one of 30 Super Late Models in the pit area at Swainsboro (Ga.) Raceway on Friday afternoon for the first of two events with the Schaeffer's Oil Spring Nationals.
After missing his mark in qualifying, Seawright raced his way into the $7,553-to-win feature and charged from 18th-to-7th over 40-laps to land inside the Top-10 in seventh.
At Senoia (Ga.) Raceway on Saturday for the second leg of the doubleheader, Sam grabbed the final transfer spot in his heat race and recorded a 13th-place outing in the $10,053-to-win main event.
