Sam Seawright kicks off 2024 championship run with Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series at Talladega
After losing Friday's opener to rain, Sam Seawright opened up his Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series championship run on Saturday afternoon at Talladega Short Track (Eastaboga, Ala.) for the $15,000-to-win Bama Bash.
Among a stacked 46-car field on hand, Seawright missed the setup in qualifying and was unable to make up many spots in his heat race. Grabbing the final transfer position in his B-Main, Sam started the 50-lap main event from 22nd and powered his way to finish just outside the Top-10 in 11th.
