Pair of Top-10 outings at Magnolia Motor Speedway with Comp Cams Super Dirt Series
On Friday afternoon, Sam Seawright was one of 49 Comp Cams Super Late Models checked into Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Miss.) for the first night of the Clash at the Mag.
Earning a second-row starting spot by winning his heat race, Seawright faded back four positions to finish seventh in the $4,000-to-win opener.
Starting further back in the field for Saturday's $12,000-to-win finale, Sam slowly moved forward in the 50-lap feature to finish inside the Top-5 in fifth. He trailed Spencer Hughes, Josh Putnam, Chad Thrash, and Clayton Stuckey.
