Sam Seawright takes Crate Racin' USA Winter Shootout Series Championship

Sam Seawright wrapped up the 2025 Winter Shootout Series over the weekend as he entered his Team 18x machine into battle at Hendry County Motorsports Park (Clewiston, Fla.) for the Swamp Cabbage 100.

With just over 30 Crate Racin' USA entries in the pits, Seawright kicked off the two-day weekend by qualifying third-quickest in his group before finishing runner-up to Cody Overton in his heat race.

Starting the main event with a healthy points lead, Sam started fifth in the $15,000-to-win feature and maintained his Top-10 position to finish sixth after 75 laps. Seawright collected his first-career Winter Shootout Series championship with the finish.
